The manor pool has been designed to blend in with the seascape. Its dimensions of 6 m by 12 m, its progressive depth of 1m20 to 2m30 and its constant temperature of 28°c will allow the youngest and the oldest to spend a real moment of pleasure.
A swimming pool service comes every week to ensure optimal water and pool quality. For your comfort, special pool towels are provided during your stay.

A panoramic terrace with an area of 750 m2 facing south will offer you a breathtaking view of the bay of Douarnenez. From here, you will dominate the immediate surroundings of the Manor: the beach of Porzic and the port of Morgat.
With its wooden structure, it integrates perfectly into its environment. Lined with a railing around its perimeter, it will welcome young and old in complete safety.

A comfortable sauna for 8 people is located on the second floor of the manor. It has been custom designed to fit harmoniously into the frame. This wellness area will provide a real moment of relaxation after your sea trips.
Towels and bathrobes will enhance this unique moment of pleasure.

The Rulianec mansion offers an idyllic setting to organise your professional events. A videoprojector, a white screen and a paperboard are installed in the dining room which is transformed into a conference room.

The manor is located in the middle of 3.4 hectares of pine and cypress trees of Lambert. Two paths start from the manor and cross the property, one joins the large beach of Morgat by a private access, the other the beach of Porzic and the GR34. The numerous undergrowth and a large clearing offer the possibility for the youngest to build cabins and play ball. A bunker, in the undergrowth, specifically listed by historians, testifies to the Second World War. From the property are several breathtaking views of the ocean, the bay of Douarnenez, the marina of Morgat, and the tip of the Caves. Below the property, there are several accessible caves, for the most curious, at low tide.
